The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Hotel is ok, tidy and the Rooms are pretty big. The hotel cares very much about the Covid rules. I took one star because of the breakfast which is very basic and every day the same (on the weekends you get extra pancakes on Swedish table). Also there is no lounge for the members. There is no bottles of water in the rooms (I know you can drink from the tap but some people do not like drink tap water).

Check in was smooth and easy and the clerk was very helpful. The room was very spacious, the bed was super firm, plenty of electrical outlets (there was even a 110 volt US standard). Thermostat was easy to manage and kept the room comfy. Bathroom had plenty of toiletries. The water pressure was pretty good and lots of hot water. The room had a safe. Overall positive experience.

Awful service. Never been this disappointed by a hotel service. We were supposed to stay four nights and left on the third night because of the awful service. They didn’t clean the room, didn’t even change the towels or add toilet paper. WE EVEN ASKED THEM TO CLEAN THE ROOM AND THEY DIDNT DO IT. It infuriates me and they should be ashamed of this poor service ! Food not that good, 30.- for a pasta plate that I could cook better by myself at home.

I would give this hotel 5 stars if there was a lounge, room service, and if the Internet was faster and more dependable. Service staff were all exceptionally courteous and made sure I was taken care of. The restaurant has a rather limited menu, so if you plan on staying a week or longer, you may have to go locally for different fare. Standard rooms are comfortable, but Superior rooms are larger and better laid out. Housekeeping staff sometimes forget the little things, like replenishing coffee capsules and sugar/sweetener. Internet is comparatively slow, with a 4ms ping, but only 5 up/5 down and that’s with the enhanced upgrade. A word of advice: if you go into your room and your name isn’t on the TV welcome screen, call the desk immediately and make sure the room is yours, otherwise, there might be a stranger in your room when you return from breakfast, as is what happened to me. The management was very apologetic, and offered to make it right. Overall, this is a great hotel and I won’t hesitate to stay here again. Edit: the Internet is horrible here. Unstable and spotty. If you need the Internet for anything, stay somewhere else. Sick of the issue. Two stars.

Everything seems to be fine and stuff is really kind and helpful but when for a breakfast you get everyday exactly the same choice of food including scrambled eggs from the powder (not from eggs) and almost no vegetables you don't feel you like the hotel. There is also no water to drink in the room and a set of disposable cups for a tea that generates trash and after using you have nothing to drink from. Overall the room is clean and comfortable.
