The worst e-commerce experience ever. Bought a product from their part swiss-textil (written in the logo, powered by pearl), paid the delivery within 5 days and got a second confirmation directly from Pearl. At the 5th day, no order, 1 hour to talk to the customer service (Pearl), 2 times put on waiting and than hang up on my face. At the 3rd time an agent just told me that they do not even know when they would have back in deposit the product, so the delivery is just a dream.

The new Pearl premises in Pratteln are easily accessible, bright, well laid out and spacious. A haven for gadget lovers of all ages. Everything from laser key-rings to drones and tents. Even if not buying anything, It's interesting for the visitor to simply browse and be amazed at the selection on offer.

It is an outlet for many things. We wanted to go there to see if there was a ski jacket for me. To be honest, the prices did not feel like outlet to me but then I lack a certain understanding for modern prices in Switzerland. Also, I did not find anything in my size but that could well be because of my eating habits rather than the outlet itself ;) There was a lot of choice for people who were not as big as me. I don't think I would go back though. The savings are not big enough especially if you are this close to the German border.
