Schlagen eine satte minimum order charge von 39Fr auf den Produktpreis auf ohne dies vorab zu nennen. Man bestellt telefonisch und die Mitarbeiter sind nichtmal darauf geschult, den vollständigen Preis korrekt zu nennen. Miserabel! Ich hoffe, der Missstand kann behoben werden und die Rechnung dem Verkaufsgespräch entsprechend korrigiert werden, sonst juristisches Vorgehen und sonst bleibt dieses Feedback hier zur Information Ihrer anderen Kunden.
