I really liked my experience I got bacon, donuts, hashbrowns, and my delicious coffee. I really recommend.
I go to this location quite often due to my commute, and they are always fantastic. The one time I had an issue with my order, Audrey and Lawrence were prompt to correct the mistake and upsized my drink for the trouble. I cannot say enough good about all of the employees here, but Audrey and Lawrence really went above and beyond (as I have no doubt the other employees would as well)! They are incredibly kind, professional, and quick even with the high volume of orders they consistently get.
Happy Dunkin' is in Prattville! The app ordering is really easy. Only adjustment it needs is the ability to tell you what item is sold out when you have multiple things in the cart! Not this locations fault the app doesn't do that though. Staff is friendly and order accuracy has been 100% for me. Drivethru wait time even when it's at the street is less than 10 minutes. Keep up the good work!
They were out of a lot of donuts but were still friendly. Glad there were a few chocolate creme filled donuts- which are my favorites; that made the whole trip worthwhile. Also love the variety of drinks at Dunkin. The Dunkaccino will always be my favorite go-to drink when I'm indecisive, but I look forward to trying some new things too...

The food was good and everything, but if you have never been there before, and am not an avid coffee drinker, the drive through menu is no help at all. I had to pull around, google the menu, sit there for 10 minutes reading everything, then get back in line.
So, I went when they first opened (about 3 days after) as did my coworker a day before me. The staff seemed extremely overwhelmed but there were only me and one other in the line. I was rushed to make my order but I understand anxiety and this is new. They likely had a huge rush. Well, I ordered 3 boston's and 2 choc. cake donuts. I ended up with a hand covered in chocolate icing and 2 chocolate iced donuts instead of the cake. They had one upside down in the bag and the bostons were doughy. It was disgusting. I have never thrown away a boston so fast (queue the emotional music). Today...I am hoping that it goes more smoothly. I am seeing better reviews now and that makes me feel better. If it goes better, I will change my view and my rating \u003c3 I really hope they calmed their nerves and pay attention! Eeep.
