This joint will not be a go-to for me. This was not my first choice. As a matter of fact, this was my wife's pick. Neither of us frequent this spot though. We called our order in with ample time before arrival. We still sat 30 minutes waiting. Not only us, but the lady parked next to us, who was upset talking to the server. (Her order was supposed to be brought out at the original time ours were). That long wait was not good! The restaurant should have accommodated us since they know how long our wait was!
Aweful. Food was cold. Not that it was crowded, no excuse. We just left!
The food is good. The customer service is terrible, and looking at the pictures posted they don’t keep it clean. Clean it up McAlister’s!!!!!!!!!!!!
