I hate the way they treated my 90-year-old mother. They had done an MRI on my mother and found out she had a mass on her pancreas. My mother has been calling them daily to find out the results of the MRI and if they want to do a biopsy. They keep lying to my mother but it’s OK because we will move her records back to Montgomery to Dr. Kinzer. I can’t stand a liar and there is no reason why they did this to my mother. And if we have any problems we have several attorneys that will take care of them

Nurse Practitioner Kendra is outstanding! She explained everything to us in a clear manner and was also knowledgeable and kind. We highly recommend becoming her patient! My mother and I are very impressed with her.

Dr. Hepperlee is amazing, thorough, comforting,knowledgeable, and her staff was nothing but overly nice. I have a new primary care physician and I will remain with her as long as she continues to practice. 5 stars to Dr. Hepperlee, Nurses , and entire staff .... first great visit to a new physician I have ever had. Would reccomend her to anyone and , as far as those with negative comments, either you saw a different physician and staff or you simply did not get your way. I love my new doctor, (I hate doctors, by the way, so that speaks for itself).

I had recently lost my physicians , due to insurance issues and buyouts. I have numerous conditions and had just moved to Prattvile. The one physician I have left, said that she had heard good things about her, so I made an appointment.I was extremely nervous,as I have had a few terrible experiences with physicians and I had just lost almost all of the ones that didn't treat me as a lab rat.Either way, I arrived and did NOT wait more than 10 minutes, nor was I treated rudely by any member of the staff,(if anything, they were actually extremely nice).The nurse that came in first was very thorough, kind,and even managed to calm me down a bit.I must admit, I was still skeptical about Dr. Hepperlee because of my past experiences and severe panic disorder.However, from the time she walked in the room, I was treated like an actual person and not a drive-thru customer, as other physicians tend to do.She spent well over 20 minutes discussing my health, she listened, she was very thorough and within minutes into my time with her, I was extremely comfortable and even settled down a bit.I cannot imagine anyone there,particularly the nurses or Dr. Hepperlee, being anything like what some of the reviews say.I now have a new primary care physician (Dr. Heperlee) and even if I were to move again, her outstanding practice and bedside manner would be reason for me to remain with her as long as she practices medicine. So, I can only assume that any negative remarks or reviews, came from either plain negative people who just need to complain or someone who didn't get their way. I absolutely recommend Dr. Hepperlee and she is and will remain my physician. 5 stars to both Dr. Hepperlee and her staff

From my observations, the front office staff is rude and my advice is to stay away - far, far away. My doctor, Daniel Banach, made the awful choice of joining this group. I would not be here if it were not for him.
