Dr. Herrick is awesome however , waiting over an hour to check out and then the date on the Rx is wrong , is rediculous. Something needs to change in this process . The office is conducted in a very safe manner using all precautions.

I think it's very sad that as a patient of close to a year I'm required to pay for follow up visit in full. I asked to pay some today and make payments on the rest but was denied. Considering that most people are without a job because of a global pandemic or like myself on disability, I don't think a payment plan is too much to ask. They let me use all my medicaid visits without informing me and now want me to pay out of pocket. They claim it's a federal mandate that follow up visit be paid in full before being seen for appointment. Now I can't get my medication refilled because I can't pay in full with disability being my only income. This shows how considerate these doctors are at this practice. Their license should be pulled for not obeying state mandate of 6ft distance between patients. They cover it up by making patients sit 6ft apart in the front waiting area, but in the back at check out they don't require 6ft distance. They should also be investigated for prescribing narcotics to patients who aren't honestly in need of such medication. It's all about who is willing to pay the price to get what they want. MONEY OVER PATIENT CARE!

First off they need negative numbers. I had an appointment scheduled for 10:15 am. I signed in and told the receptionist I’ll be in my car because the waiting room was OVER CROWDED. It was 6 people waiting outside as well. She called die me to come in and fill out some paperwork which they can give you at check in. So I filled the paperwork out and went back to my car. 2 hours pass and no call to be seen by the PA. I went at 1 o’clock to be told they put my chart back because I wasn’t in the over crowded lobby or standing outside in the rain. The checkin girl didn’t put a sticky on my file stating I was outside in the car. She also stated they had bee booked because the dr will be out of town next week 7 March and he’s only in Prattville on Monday’s. It’s 3 more Mondays in March after the 7th. 3 hours and 15 minutes. Here’s your prescription see you in a month. We could’ve down that in the parking lot. Horrible horrible horrible.

Website doesn't work staff not capable of filling out paperwork for insurancecompanies, 2 minutes nurse visits, seen doctor 1 time in a year rest of visits have been with nurses. There are a few good ones but they never seem to last to long. 2 to 3 hour wait time to get to a room most of the time. Last visit only took an hour maybe cold weather has something to do with it. Watched front desk nurses rum to the back to take care of a head \wow that really helped thanks\ is what I heard as I dropped my paperwork off. The appointment desk does a great job!
