I had to load up my own fireplace due to them not having any men staffed that could help me load it. I was kind of upset that not even one man from the entire store came to help me while I was parked right in front by the front door.The lady that was trying to help me even tried to argue with me saying it would have helped, and been nice if I would have been prepared to load it up-being I was driving an SUV (with 3rd row seats) and not a truck.That was extremely rude being that the fireplace fit right in my backseat with no problems just like I knew it would. Just sometimes it's better to keep your comments to yourself when you don't know what you're talking about!

Not as good as Lowes. Not bad but could be better. Not the best experience going there. It doesn't matter what store I go to. The service is always sub par. .
