The lady at the counter has no idea of what DPI means.Firstly, they scanned my A3 document, askew with edges cut out and at 200 DPI, even though I had asked for a 600 DPI scan, and on top of that they were charging a hefty price of 50/- for it. When I asked for a rescan they were quoting an extra 30/- charge, even though it was their fault. I had to deny their service after putting up a tussle and walked out of their store without paying a single penny, only to have gotten the same job done at a better quality downstairs at Shree Shravan Xerox, at a fairer 10/- price paid through PayTM. So much for their "BIG XEROX" name, and their advertised "A0 PRINT COPY SCAN" tag, that they couldn't even properly scan an A3 document.
