Missed appointment to put new alternator on my car. Didn't ring to let me know he wasn't coming. And didn't answer any messages I sent to find out where he was. Very unprofessional.

Paul is a very pleasant gentleman, advised us that he had been held up and then when he was on his way he once again informed us. When he got here he was polite and obviously knew his stuff.
