Building a home on uncleared land with no utilities is a significant endeavor. You will need a builder who has experience dealing with all the intricacies and has the capacity to juggle multiple contractors. Precision Homes has a great team as their foundation to make them a successful home builder. (Larry is fantastic, and they have an amazing group of sub-contractors they work with) After reviewing several builders, we selected Precision to build a custom home for us in Ball Ground, GA. Precision showed a lot of patience handling our changes to plans, design and updates before and during the construction process. After being in our home the last 5 months, we have not experienced any issues or problems with the construction.

Dan and Katy with Precision Custom Homes, along with their great team of people has helped to make this responsibility an organized and smooth one for us.
