I went in to check on some frames that no other optometrists' office in town carry. The technician who received me wasn't very friendly - she didn't volunteer any information or help until I pressed her. I had the feeling that she just wanted me to leave. I had wanted to like this office as they get very good reviews. After this encounter, I'm not sure. Maybe I'll still go for an eye exam as the good reviews are mostly about the doctors. I'll have the glasses made somewhere else where the staff are more friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff, a thorough eye exam, a great selection of frames, and plenty of opportunities to ask questions. In just a short time Dr. Bailey had my prescription updated and had me fitted in a new brand of contacts that suited my changed prescription. The office is also doing great in following COVID-19 protocols.

I had high expectations, based on a friend's recommendation, which prompted me to switch providers after 20 years. Those expectations were exceeded. From booking the appointment to the exam itself to picking out eyewear, everyone at Precision was professional, efficient, and friendly. I was done with my exam 45 minutes after pulling into the parking lot, yet it felt like the most thorough exam I've ever had. Our whole family is switching to Precision.
