Met directly with the owner about building a custom grill for our squadron at Langley AFB. Greg took time out of his busy morning, and met with me immediately. He was actually as excited as we were to take on a creative project. We had a strict budgeted amount we had raised for this grill and instead of taking us at face value, Greg found ways to reduce the cost of materials, slashed his own profit margin because he believed in supporting us and our project, and turned it around for us in a day. When we sent him a CAD file, before he cut out anything, he went over it line by line to make sure it would turn out the way we wanted it, which of course he found and fixed some flaws in our drawings. Couldn't ask for a more honest and professional local business!
