Incredibly disappointed with the service received from Premier. Booked 2 23 seater buses for my wedding and despite clear communication 30 days prior, 1 week prior, and days prior, the driver still showed up 35 minutes late picking up guests from home to bring them to the venue for pictures. Even when we called the driver to determine an ETA it was clear he had not left in time, saying he was in traffic again and again. When paying for a service and specifically for a wedding you would think the company would try to ensure a timely arrival.

Our organization was looking to rent several buses to transport our participants for our reunion. One bus was to be utilized as a shuttle service between the Doubletree by Hilton Seattle Airport Southcenter hotel and the Museum of Flight and three buses to be utilized to transport our participants from the hotel to several Naval bases in the Bremerton/Bangor/Keyport area. We did extensive research on a variety of bus companies and after receiving several bids, it was obvious that Premier Coaches Northwest was the company for us. I looked at their internet reviews, checked their safety ratings and talked to their staff and concluded that their prices were extremely competitive compared to other bus companies. At first, I was a little apprehensive since the company has been around only since 2008 but my concerns were quickly swept away once I seen their buses arrive with friendly, professional bus drivers driving modern, clean coaches to pick up our people. On our first day which was utilizing their bus as a shuttle bus to the Museum of Flight, Bruce did an outstanding job shuttling our folks back and forth during the five-hour period we had hired the bus for. On the second day, we had three buses being utilized to transport our people from the hotel to the bases and back. Beverly, Rick and Chris were all professionals who were extremely open and flexible to our extensive touring package of our local bases in the Bremerton/Bangor/Keyport area which included security checks of all personnel riding on each of the buses including the drivers. They did an outstanding job and I wanted to say thanks for our safe and comfortable ride that they provided our participants. Kudos need to also go to John and Ashley for their patience with our organization especially with all of the questions and security forms that each of the drivers had to fill in. Their entire team was awesome. I highly recommend utilizing Premier Coaches Northwest services.
