As a business we've been using PPS for a number of years and we're happy with all the jobs they've done for us. All the wheels including diamond cut have all been professionally repaired and refurbished to the highest standards and all our customers think that we've fitted new wheels!!! Turnaround times are realistic, prices for the work are really good. Very happy with all the good work you do for us. Keep up the good work. Magnificent.

I have used PPS on a 4 separate occasions to refurbish wheels on various vehicles. They do a great job. I have been delighted with the quality of their work and their service. I'll definitely use them again.

Can't fault the power costing itself had my wheels done with them recently said 5 days so turned up on the Friday to the staff not knowing where my wheels were and I then seen them myself still sat not even been touched I then waited another week just to be told there still not ready finally after 3 weeks they were done, the member of staff wasn't helpful in providing samples of what I could get done to them, so just had to guess really and hope it turned out good, after getting my wheels back the coating itself was good can't fault that but the website says tyres fitting and rebalanced my wheels were not balanced so had to go elsewhere and pay for this to get done tryed contacting them with no reply will go elsewhere in the future
Absolutely shocking service I dropped my wheel off for powdercoating on the Monday was told to pick it up Friday, travelled up there on Friday was told it wasnt ready and this continued every day until the following Thursday when it was finally ready, I stupidly thought this may be a one off and dropped some motorcycle parts for powdercoating and exactly the same happened again, they dont offer any explanation for delays and dont take your phone number so they can contact you in the event of any problems, then when you go there and its not ready, THEY give you a load of attitude as if you are bothering them, customer service is zero and quality of their work is average at best, and another point is that during the Covid-19 pandemic, the man working in the office (with the attitude) and some staff on the site were in no way conforming to the Welsh Givernments guidelines to avoiding the spread of Covid-19 STAY SAFE, GO ELSEWHERE, I KNOW THAT I WILL.......I HAD TO GIVE ONE STAR TO GET THIS REVIEW PUBLISHED, IT WOULD BE ZERO STARS OTHERWISE
