I went in to buying a house blindly. these people were recommended to me so this is where I went. I wanted a turn key house with no major projects for at least five years. I had to lower my standards a little because of COVID, I did not mind painting the walls, etc, what I got was a house that needs almost 45K of work to make it safe and livable, nobody wants to take responsibility for it. I never bought a house, I trusted these people. Nobody told me I should have my own attorney, nobody told me I could get estimates on things that did not look right. I trusted what I was told. Now I am stuck with a house I have to fix before I can even resell it. I like my house, but lesson learn. Always get your own attorney regardless of what people tell you, have your own back because these people surely will not. I have reached out several times with no response. When it is time for me to resell or buy a different house I will not be going through these people.
