Unorganized, half the staff not wearing masks on bottom level. No communication, constant mix ups. horrible billing department. Unfortunately new mexico has horrible health facilities. Better off going to a free clinic than this place.

Hi, I had an appointment with Dr Anne Foster, MD (Obstetrician-gynecologist) on 02-03-2021 at Presbyterian Santa Fe Medical Center 4801 Beckner Rd suite 2650, Santa Fe, NM 87507 I was seen for chronic severe abdominal mid cycle pain which is persistent from last 3 years. My experience with Dr Anne Foster was horrible and not at all pleasant. First of all, she was on her phone and kept texting all the time rather paying attention on what I was saying. Every time she was done with her text messages she asked I am sorry what you were saying and I had to re-explain my concern. I felt completely ignored and felt that she was not interested in listening that I have been going through a horrible pain and suffering. She didn't prescribe any medication nor she ordered any ultrasound. Since, she was on the phone all the time, in the end she said I don't have any magical treatment for you. Sorry I don't have any answer for you. If she was not competent and didn't know the answer at least she could have referred me to another doctor. This is not how you treat patient who are in horrible pain. I asked her to do the repetitive ultrasound to make sure I don't have any cyst but she said we will not get any results since you have done it last year. Come on, I am not a doctor but I know that things get changed over the year and there is no harm to have the screening done. She didn't ask for any follow up and left me in pain. I will definitely not recommend this doctor to anyone. You will end up wasting your money with regret. I was happy that Santa Fe is having a brand new hospital but with his experience I am so disappointed and definitely will not consider it again.

I took my daughter into the emergency service Saturday Feb 6th. She had been experiencing extreme abdominal pain. We had seen by two prior urgent care facilities and an emergency Dr. where she goes to college. No one helped. I withdrew my daughter and brought her home to seek medical attention. Her own Dr. has been so slow to help, cold and informal. Seeing my daughter in this kind of pain, I finally took her to the Presbyterian emergency and she was seen by Dr. Virginia Harvey. Though I could not go in with her, she said the nurses and the Dr. treated her more than caring and wonderful. Dr. Harvey even took the initiative to refer my daughter to a specialist without hesitation. Even after we left the facility, I need help with the referral and within minutes, it was taken care of. There are not enough words for people who help and care. Thank you all so much for everything. You do not realize what your kindness and caring ways do to people's lives. Thank you so much.

It was a blessing to give birth here and I was very grateful. Samantha was amazing and every nurse I saw treated me with such care and really listened to me, they each were amazing themselves. If it wasn't for their help, and them genuinely caring, and listening to my concerns my labor wouldn't of went as well as it did. Just genuinely caring people who know what they're doing and love their job. St Vincent's care had been really traumatic to me on multiple occasions, no one ever listened, or seemed to care so I was nervous coming in but Presbyterian and their team made it so easy for me. They listened to me. They were so helpful. I couldn't of asked for better care. If you are worried about how St. Vincent's treats it's patients, I recommend you going to Pres. I feel very grateful for the care I received there. It was a blessing.

While the service at the hospital is fine, do not expect any professionalism if you need to work with the billing department: super incompetent, lazy, and if you are lucky enough to receive a document that you've asked for, it certainly will not be in a timely fashion. If you are only visiting Santa Fe, do not come here.
