Johnny Ray is probably the BEST car salesman I have ever dealt with. He truly cares about his customers and wants to ensure they are taken care of. He goes out of his way to cater to your needs and wants in vehicle/deal. He's flexible on time and is an honest dude. It's hard to find honesty from salesmen while buying a car. Prescott Brothers will hands down put any other dealer to shame. They don't try to put you through some production to wear you down or attempt to put you into a bad spot on a deal. They're there to sell cars with the best possible deal, bc they don't just work on trying to just sell the car and be done with you. They want to show you they're the best and entice you to not want to shop anywhere else in the future. They make an investment in their customers. Their finance guy Chad is a cool dude, and he also is a straight shooter. Your're welcome to try other finance if you need to, but I'd suggest you let him work out a deal for you first. Just like the rest of the components of Prescott Brothers, he will take care of you. So if you're looking to buy a car, I implore you to give Prescott Brothers in Mendota your first choice. Ask for Johnny Ray!

Really enjoyed buying from Prescott Brothers. I didn’t have to excessively haggle over price. Took truck home for a few days to give it a real test drive. Had a small issue that was costly to fix. They took care of it quickly at no expense to myself. Patrick was wonderful to work with. Could have bought a similar truck locally but decided to drive a few hours and couldn’t be happier to choose them. Thank you. The 2016 Ram Ecodiesel Limited is utterly gorgeous and fills all my work needs.

Went there to get a truck after finding them on Cargurus.com I sent an email out and Pat Becker immediately contacted me back with details and when we could meet. Due to my work schedule and the 2 hour drive to get there they worked around it all. After arriving there I wasn’t pressured into anything from start to finish. I went on the test drive took my time on it came back the loan process was fast and smooth. The final paperwork was fast and smooth the entire process from me pulling into the dealership to leaving with a new set of wheels was 1 hour and 43 minutes. That included a appraisal on my trade in which they are very lenient on also. Great group of employees, very down to earth the atmosphere in the dealership is nice. Prior to leaving I inquired about an additional vehicle. Info was gave about it and came back the following day a Saturday already had the vehicles out and ready for the test drive. Saturday took a little longer (still fast for a dealership) due to not everything being open because it was a weekend. All in all would highly recommend this dealership, very professional down to earth guys, don’t pressure you to do anything, allow and show numerous various options from payments on loans, also deals to work and they WILL help you out with numbers to get you what you NEED for trade in and ultimately new vehicle. I would drive 8 hours if I ever need another vehicle. Great dealership keep it up guys!!!! thanks again.

Requested info about a vehicle online, received contact within an hour, and set up a showing the next day.
