It doesn't always take my checks since they put in the new machines..I think they are more hindrance then help..but that's just my opinion here
I've been with RBC for several years and have always been satisfied with their services and positive client relationship. The very few concerns I've had were quickly addressed and with solutions I was happy with. The branch in Prescott is conveniently located right off Highway 2. You can park on the street or in their small parking structure behind the building. Their 24/7 access to the ATM machines is always handy. I would recommend anyone to at least go speak with one of their professionals if you're thinking of switching over.
Absolutely reprehensible customer service. Staff (including mgt)have little to no training in finance or customer service, and are frankly small town, narrow minded people. Avoid this branch. I left RBC because of this branch. ZERO stars
Bank has locked me out of my account for the osdt 7 months and wont address the issue
