Nice way to get a great work out, instead of the same old slog at a gym. Very friendly, priced Right and Kay in extremely knowledgeable. Not sure what bouldering is? head down and find out, you won't be disappointed. Place suits all levels all ages, from totally beginner like me to advanced.

Born To Be Wild Adventures Prescott, Arizona

I was at first so nervous to try bouldering, but when I decided to give it a chance, I discovered an amazing activity! I now frequent this gym, and have begun climbing. Kay was wonderful in helping me get started into the word of bouldering. I can't say enough about the atmosphere in this place.

Prescott Rocks and Rec is AWESOME. My kids absolutely love the gym, Kay and her staff are amazing, we went to a kids birthday party hosted at the gym and they were so patient with all the kids and spent the entire time helping the kids climb the walls and making it fun for everyone. I would highly recommend Prescott Rocks and Rec to anyone if you're looking for a way to get your kids off the couch or you want a good workout for yourself, be ready to have some sore fingers... :)

A really nice startup to keep the kids active. Boys love it, parental units will, too. Bouldering builds core as owner operator Kaye will tell you. A large variety of no rope routes, ledges, overhangs and straight walls. Plenty of thick, moveable pads to soften the falls. Weights and rigs available for strength training. Put on the supplied Climbing shoes and give it a go. Priced just right to get the whole gang climbing.
