I am so very happy that Watergirl Quilt Co. opened up in Prescott, Ontario! Prescott is a really small town and to have a local quilt shop is so important to me. Michelle and all the Watergirls are such a good crew! They offer great customer service and lots of educational opportunities for me to up my quilting game. The fabrics that they bring in is all quality fabric traditional and modern. I'm in the shop often and it just feels like home to me!

Subpar customer service. I am a walker, so naturally when I am going to pick up my curbside orders I will also take my dogs for a walk. The first time I went to pick up my curb side order, the store was actually closed after being told that they were indeed open at specific times for curb side pick up. This didn't bother me much, what did bother me was the way staff treated and rolled their eyes at me when I knocked on the door, asking to pick up my order. This was after calling three times and no one answered. I am standing on the curb with my dogs and I could clearly see two people working inside. When I slightly opened the door to ask about my order, I was told they were busy and could not help me. Someone eventually came to the door, asked my name went and got my package and did not say a word. When I ask about the size of the fabric I ordered, I was told "it's in the bag". Needless to say, I will not be going back to be made feel like an inconvenience.
Beautiful, bright store with equally beautiful selection of fabrics, notions, kits. Was so impressed on our first visit today with the store itself as well your wonderfully kind staff. Looking forward to shopping online and in person in the future.
Great destination and local fabric and quilt shop in beautiful downtown Prescott. I find something new every week and can easily find a bite to eat at a bunch of restaurants, pubs and take-outs close by. Everything is online too so I can pre-buy and then look when I get there too!
Great place for quilting material. Very knowledgeable. The staff is extra friendly and fun to go see.
Lovely modern fabrics. Friendly environment with knowledgable staff. Worth a trip.
