John sold both our home and a lot at a bad time, when the market was still down. He spent a great deal of time with us, knew just what to do to fix up the house, and essentially performed as a free contractor lining up tradesmen and bids. d.brownridge John helped us find a great home in Prescott. He assisted in negotiating the building contract with the builder. We found John to be extremely knowledgeable, patient in guiding us through the purchase process and answering all our questions in a timely fashion. elaine.r We were out of town people selling property from a trust we were responsible for. We had no contacts in town and no easy way to monitor any work needed on the house.
