I'd only had my SLK250CDI for 3 weeks and the supplier authorised Prestige to check the car as the engine management light came on. They diagnosed replacement of 2 sensors to enable the dpf filter to regenerate. Parts ordered, fitted and the car is back as it should be. They used 2 diagnostic computers to confirm the fault, were professional and very knowledgeable. An initial diagnostic by Halfords showed a new dpf filter was needed. Prestige with their experience queried this and were proved to be right. My tyre pressure warning light came on as I was taking the car in to them for the work. They topped my tyres up too! I'm impressed with their knowledge, experience, professionalism and honesty and will be going back to them future services. Richard

quoted one price for a service then requested treble the original quote. Used the cheapest parts and oil but ripped you off with the final bill. STAY WELL CLEAR FROM SUCH A DISHONEST GARAGE. NOT TRUSTED AT ALL
