I contacted them for my client, they told me they would be there on a Friday. They no-called no-showed and couldn't tell me why. They were supposed to call me back and let me know when they can go to the job site however, they never called back and have since ignored my repeated calls. I wouldn't recommend this company if you need something done fast that is important because if they don't show up you lose DAYS of time like I have! I have deadlines to meet with my client and wasted several days on these people and now I will not meet my deadline so if you are like me and need something important done, don't use this company!
Plumber showed up after dark on day 2 and could not make repair. He told me he would return the following morning but never showed up. My water pipe has been flooding under my home for 4 days now. NO PHONE CALL explaining the NO SHOW. Two days later the owner called to apologize. He also said he would be out that afternoon to repair the underpinning to my home that his technician pulled out and left. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN EITHER!
Prestige is the plumbing company we chose for our rental property because they are always prompt in responding to our calls and reasonably priced as well. BJ is knowledgeable and very professional. Great company!
