Was looked for solution to eliminate traffic noise in our bedroom and ended up with replacing all windows in our house. Extremely happy! Lads from Prestige exceeded all my expectations from start to finish: honest, reliable, experienced and tidy. Originally wanted sliding windows, as we used to have them for decades, but was suggested they are not effective for noise reduction. Still insisted on sliders and been shocked with their answer: "Sorry, George, but we rather won't do your job at all than do it and leave you unhappy. And you will be, as you won't get desired result". Never heard anything like that from sales person! But trusted them and WON! Thanks, guys, and ALL THE BEST IN YOUR CRAFT !

Great services! If you looking to replace your windows I would highly recommend prestige plus. It was easy to get a quote. I had my windows installed within 3 weeks after accepting a quote. Overall had a positive experience dealing with the company. Thank you Serg for coming to my place multiple times, doing the measurements and answering all my questions. It was a big decision - leave my home or get double glazing..??? It’s a minefield out there with all the information on double glazing etc but the noise outside my unit was getting worse living on a main road. Also neighbours were loud. Decided to do some investigating and ended up choosing prestige plus. Mainly because they were so prompt with their service, their quote was reasonable and had good reviews.From the outset they explained ALL the options and they knew a lot! After much consideration... and discussions with Joe at the office I went ahead with replacing all the windows and doors. It was the best decision I’ve EVER made. Serge, Alex, Joe and the team were wonderful. It was a big job and they were incredibly clean and made sure it was a perfect job from start to finish. I’m really fussy and they were so clean. To relax no matter what time of the day or night without the noise is fantastic plus tinting the west facing windows and doors has made such a difference with the afternoon sun. I can’t thank them enough for doing such a great job in my home.

Great product, great team and really great installers. I could hardly fault the whole process from quote to installation and then follow-up. Their quote was much easier to understand that the other I received from a competitor. If I had to find any fault (very hard) it would be that you need to check every detail of the quote before you sign off on it. VERY very small criticism. Very happy with it all.
