I love love love this shop. The window displays always look so beautiful. There is always something new to look at. I nearly always buy when I go in and was excited to sign up to the rewards card. The staff are always very friendly and chatty.
Amazing shop and excellent staff,really welcoming and friendly. Go out of their way to help you,and always service with a smile from all of them. I visit all the time and always buy something. Why isn't there a monsoon in Preston???? Got to travel to Lancaster or Wigan. Sort it out people your missing out big time. And thank god you do click and collect in this store now,that took long enough. Nevermind your big stores,what about your smaller cities/towns. One thing though....why are you selling all London theme stock,we are up north?!
Took a watch back today unfortunately didn't have the receipt but the girl who served me was soo lovely and very helpful.
