A well organised professional service. They are excellent communicators and really know what they are talking about. They shown a genuine interest and empathy in dealing with a vulnerable young man's recent Rat problems. If ever you need a service for pest control then I would highly recommend them. Mrs H
An extremely unprofessional service the lady was rude while communicating on the phone and when they came to spray the place, they must have stamped their dirty shoes or something on our new white centerpiece rug, they had no reason to step on it as there was plenty of room to walk around it. They stained our side table and TV stand and books and moved furniture around without returning them back to the right place. Came home and was shocked to meet white splotches not just all over the floor but on the furniture and appliances. How does your spray get as high up as the microwave? They might as well have just sprayed white paint into the air all over our stuff. Had to spend all evening wiping down every surface, appliance and furniture and handpicking out twigs and debris from our shaggy rug. Definitely not how I intended to spend an evening after an exhausting day at work
A VERY Unprofessional operation . A female called Ann apparently runs this operation but I suspect it may well in fact be a franchise .Ann was asked to deal with the eradication of mice in the rear garden. She put down some pellets and left. She then called without an appointment and expressed disdain when I politely declined to interrupt my work to give her access to the property .She called a second time , again without an appointment , was told that it appeared to us from observing the behaviour of our dog in the area where the mice appeared to be living , and in a blase manner said she could nothing to assist other than putting more pellets down .Her whole response was totally unprofessional and in my opinion she is about as useful as a chocolate tea pot
