Food was ok, service and other aspects were terrible. Better options available. Ordered pickup for set time, had to wait 30 mins. No apparent concern for social distancing for customers. Was reluctantly offered a partial refund but due to the attitude and to protect my family I wouldn't step through the door to collect it.

Best Indian food not only in Preston but entire Lancashire. Great quality and taste. Despite being a takeaway they will give even big restaurants run for their money. The staff are very friendly and caring. They can adjust the dish as per your liking of \hot ess.
Me and partner have visited Amonbagh countless times over the years and had always found the food delicious and the service great, but since moving to further away hadn't visited in a while. Last night we ordered after I finished work, as neither of us had eaten all day decided as a treat to have Amonbagh delivered, we ordered on their website at around 10:10pm (while there website said they were still open till 11pm) and sat to waiting, as we'd received a confirmation email almost instantly! As the time creeped on, we were starting to get a suspicion that we were going to receive the food, we tried calling at 11:20pm (well after the 59 minute delivery time stated on the website) but got no reply. If they were unable to process the order, it would have been better to receive an email saying that they weren't able to accept it at that time than leave us there expecting some food to be delivered
First time we have ordered from here, we usually go to cinnamon spice where has always been our favourite indian. I placed order online at 6.05pm went to collect from the shop at 6.30 waited 10 minutes but that was fine. The delivery driver gave me some sanitiser to put on while i was waiting. The food was amazing there was no grease whatsover in the madras curry we ordered and the meat was tender, chips was crispy and fluffy, rice was fluffy, samosas and bhajis was fresh and crispy. Everything all in all was lovely 5 stars from us we will be going there from now on. Thank you very much
Half of the order missing can't get back in touch due to no phone lines and not traveling from Penwortham to complain ordered chicken tikka got prawn something, ordered 4 poppadoms got 3, ordered spring rolls didn't get them ordered two plain naan breads and got something else, got chicken pakoras which is didn't order and other stuff I didn't order, order was placed at 18:03 and didn't get the food until 19:40, was first time visiting and won't be going back, see enclosed pics I replied to the owners comment and haven't had a reply, here is my reply Hi, Thanks for taking time to reply to my review on Google maps. I understand that you was busy on new years eve, but I also waited over 1 hour for my food, it was promised to me at 7pm but I didn't get until 730, which I would accept, but when you get only two. Items your ordered correct it very disappointing, to make matters worse I can't stand prawns so the completely ruined my new year as I then had to find somewhere else to get something to eat from which was another 23 quid at domino's. I have no idea how you can rectify the matter I haven't really thought about it but I'm open to suggestion, but has it stands my attitude is to never return, I don't like being negative and as you can see by all my reviews I do like to be positive So it's over to you.
