I have lived here for just under 2 years, I m very disillusioned by the company , we pay a hefty service charge for very little done, the management are not really interested, we have meetings but nothing has changed in my time here, I am not the only one, the amount of excuses they come up with is unbel. ievable and now they have another covid 19.The heating is out dated and over 15 yes old the building is not properly maintained the decoration inside and out is 2/3 years over due it's a disgrace. They will read this and take it down as they did my last review, they can try and call me but I wont be answering. So any one looking for place stay clear of guardian close
