Thank you! We absolutely love our new bed. It is so beautifully made and the attention to detail with manufacture and shipping is amazing. Everything was labelled clearly which made building the bed frame very straightforward. Adam was very helpful and fine example of good customer service - so helpful and friendly. I have used Aquaglow Waterbeds now for over 10 years, which is when we first bought our bed. Since then, we've had a new mattress, mattress covers, accessories and advice from them. I can't fault them at all, their products are great and so is their customer service. I would absolutely, and have done, without hesitation, recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a waterbed.

Beds are of an average standard. I have bought 2 beds and 2 mattresses to date and recommended others to use the services of this company. I have to say that will no longer happen. The owners need to learn a few people skills and not to be rude and argumentative towards customers. Further more when agreeing to a refund to actually offer the full refund and not 50%. The matter is now being dealt with through my credit card company
