Probably not the health centre's fault, but a certain paediatrician who is based here is not helpful at all, A telephone consultation with him about our child, sends us a dictated letter that describes a completely different child and state our child enjoys the awful things he does and he will grow out of it...!!! When asked for help/support from us and other medical professionals in a recent video call, his response was, to ask the doctor! When we call the doctor, it's ask the Paediatrician!!!! Going around in circles and wonder why parents like us get frustrated when all we want to do is get support for our children. Other professionals in that call have made it clear following that call that you could of simply written a support letter for us following on from our concerns. Child services are now involved and will certainly get things moving....

Totally unacceptable treatment. The one in the reception have no idea what's happening (sorry I have no idea what you're talking about). The child department not piking up the phone. I was only able to leave a voice mail and after 3 hrs I still can't call them or them calling me back (as soon as possible) Waiting for a message about a video call it should tell me how to do on my end and nobody sent me. This is unacceptable!

I attended the blood clinic today and was overall very impressed. The blood clinic begins at 13:15 on Mondays, but they began early at 13:05 which I was very impressed with. I was the 8th person in the queue and was seen within 20mins of waiting (this is fast compared to where I have been previously). The nurse was very understanding after I told her that I was quite anxious, she was very chatty and lovely. Overall I found the health centre really easy to find, very well sign posted, nice and clean inside, and very lovely staff.

Totally unfair to expect a soltary nurse to cope with this incredibly busy blood clinic. It is no wonder that NHS staff are under such stress and leaving in significant numbers. At one time 3 nurses managed this clinic. Shameful.
