My husband and I have used Avenham Pharmacy for several years and have always found all staff to be polite and very helpful. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending this pharmacy.

Most times I go in to collect my prescription the pharmacist is standoffish and cold, but on this particular time, she was extremely rude and was displaying discriminatory behaviour. It made me feel on edge and I will be changing my pharmacy. Second experience, I go to collect my seizure medication and they don't have it, eventhough I gave them 5 days to sort it. He was so rude and really didnt care that I would have a seizure.
This has been our local pharmacy for over 15yrs always friendly, polite and helpful.
