Know the lady herself ordered from them 3 weeks ago sent me my coat paid over 100 for came it was marked and was missing the belt sent back was told I would receive postage back and never did also told a new one had been sent to me asked for the tracking never received it. And I am still waiting for the so called coat they sent me. Don’t buy from them should of read the reviews before ordering my bad

Ordered a coat never got it!! emailed, rang about a million times not once did anyone get back to me in the end had to phone the bank to get the money back for me which they did just a waste of time... honestly don't order from here!!!
Ordered goods , never received. No intention of sending. How this company is still trading is beyond me. Been reported to trading standards and with multiple complaints the Police are also now aware. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!
Do not order from this ignorant thief!! Blocked me after asking where goods were... 130 odd for a coat never received and everyone else says the sam.. that luckily I got back only thanks to pay pal. Women's a piece of scum :)

1 star as no other way of leaving a review! How this business can still be trading is beyond me! I ordered a coat for my daughter for Xmas was told 2-3 days prior to ordering, 2 week later no coat, no response to calls, emails, FB messages or post tagging! Quick to respond to make you order though! My daughter ordered me a jumper as a surprise a few days after I had ordered and exactly same experience only she wrote a huge post on Instagram which was responded to stating that the reviews were from competitors - still no jumper. Asked for tracking details and again no response! It is disgusting how this rat is still allowed to trade. Anyway the legal route is the only way to deal with these rats! Lesson learnt from me to read reviews
Theiving lying piece of trash don't ever order anything from this lady who does not k ow what the truth is .sent a coat out but cheap trash where you buy from Manchester and pump the price up . Sent it back only to be be told more lies about a refund well lady watch this space you scammed the wrong family Finally got the money back after even more lies we knew a lot more about ebay than you thought...tut tut Got a new coat 20 cheaper came with tags from a real shop and on the label it says 100% genuine racoon fur and real leather on the cuffs too ....not like the trashy coat we got from here no tags and on the label faux fur.........least we got a refund. .
