Just watch a video of this bank breaking GDPR by having computers set up so they can be viewed by people on the street. When staff where informed they called the police on person doing the informing. HAVE THEY HAD ANY TRAINING.

I never write reviews but when I came to barclays last week and met with Danielle whom went above and beyond my customer service expectations, I felt I had to share. Danielle's professional yet you can have a really good chat with her. Unlike most banks you can tell she's genuinely there to help customers to the best of her ability. Needless to say, I am a very happy customer and will stay with this bank for a very long time. Thanks again Danielle!
Unfortunately, it's more or less unmanned now as it's got automated machines. When they work its easy, when they don't its frustrating and slow.
Now it's become a bank of cash machines, and auto-tellers - there is no earthly reason why the upstairs (with actual humans) could not be gated, and open 9-5 and the downstairs open 7 till 11 or even 24 hours, with 'Bank Card' swipe access. If online banking is 24 hours and i want to dposit cheques at 3am then that should be possible.
