Shop around prices can be very varied

We ordered a complete new bathroom from Preston Bathstore in September 2013, which was delivered as promised with no bits missing. At the begining of July 2014 we noticed the 'soft close toilet seat' was not working and contacted Preston Bathsore. "Susannah" could not have been more helpful and ordered us a new seat under, warranty, which was delivberd by courier the following day. Today 13 July 2014 the 'click clack waste on the basin failed. I have no doubts that it will be resolved without any problem.
