TL;DR? (96 paid Dec. Service end of Jan. Text on day of service escheduled to April\. 50 mins on hold. Refund!) Pathetic! I wish I had taken heed of these reviews before booking my service. They are not the cheapest option but, as the manufacturers of my boiler and a local company I decided to go ahead and book a service. Called to make the booking on the 8th of Dec, I opted to book a slightly later date to make it more convenient so the service was booked for the 28th of Jan, the payment of 96 was taken straight away. Come the 28th, I've taken the day off work, emptied the boiler cupboard, dismantled pipe boxing and at around 11am I get a text saying the service has been rescheduled for the 14th of April! If that wasn't convenient I could call on the number provided. So far I have been on hold for 45 minutes and I am becoming more irate by the minute. I will never use this company again and I would urge you to take your business elsewhere. Update. The phone was answered after 50 minutes by a rather downtrodden sounding chap, I may have been a little short but never rude, it probably wasn't his fault. Anyway, the excuse given was \We are prioritising repairs over services due to the pandemic\, I can understand that, in fact it's commendable but... was that decision made this morning? Couldn't I have been given a little more notice? I know when I am being fed a line and this one sounded well practiced. Refund is being processed, lets see how that goes.

I had an engineer booked to attend today and took time off work to be here, then I get a text on the day they are supposed to arrive saying they had rebooked the appointment due to 'unforseen circumstances' 10 days later. When I tried to contact customer services it took them 24 minutes to answer. If their produts were any good they wouldnt have so many calls or repairs to deal with, Dont buy Baxi!!

Zero stars, imagine waiting two weeks since Christmas Day for a piece of plastic to put on a boiler. In the snow. Could have probably made it myself out of melted shampoo bottles by now . Useless . And your replacement heaters blew my electric .nice one g

New Baxi boiler fitted just over a year ago, I paid 240.00 to a plumber but still got a fault, so called Baxi out, the boiler is fairly high up, therefore you have to go up 3 steps on a step ladder, the Baxi engineer classed this as dangerous due to health and safety, and refused to look at it and quoted \Access issues\ what an absolute bunch of TOER'S.

Baxi boilers technical support is terrible. This manufacturer lags well behind other brands in terms of after sales support and technical help. For this reason I would not purchase a baxi boiler.
