I visited Bennett and Benson garage in Penwortham, Preston recently and it was a most enjoyable experience. The garage is now just known as Bennett's garage and is just off Liverpool Road in Penwortham behind the Spar Convienience shop which is on Liverpool Road in Penwortham. I had some damage to the underneath of my car and part of my car undercarriage was hanging down. It was not preventing me from driving or posed a danger to me or any other road users. However I wanted it fixed as I was worried that rain water may get into the undercarriage of my car leading to rust and there was potential of other damage to my engine if stones and other debris entered the undercarriage of my car as it was not sealed up properly. The damage occurred when I was driving to Seascale in Cumbria. I had to stop and drive down a side road.As I was undertaking a three point turn to get back onto the main road that I was travelling to Seascale on,my car undercarriage got stuck on the verge of the road I was turning around in, resulting in the damage. Lee Bennett the owner and mechanic at the garage very kindly put my car on the ramp in his garage and repaired the damage by tying the part of my car undercarriage that was hanging down back to the main body of the car using plastic cord. He very kindly did this for me free of charge. I would recommend a visit to Bennett and Benson garage in Penwortham in Preston.
Jake did a fantastic job on my car putting right what another had messed up, kept me well informed of its progress every step of the way. Would highly recommend these guys
