Firstly they have great products and very competitive prices. Also when we had an issue with a sofa bought from here, we were worried we would be a bit on our own with not having bought direct from the supplier. However, we were amazed by how quickly and excellently brand interiors dealt with it. We informed them of the issue (a break in the frame of the sofa), emailed over some pictures and they sent an upholsterer round 2 days later to fix it. Can highly recommend for both the products and service.
