I have lived at Prestonbridge for almost 8 years. It is a lovely, quiet, safe complex on a green belt off of Preston. The amenities include Crown molding and updated appliances. Brittney, the manager, and Carlos, maintenance are the best in the business. This is truly home!

Showed up because they have a big sign allowing tours yet there aren’t any. Not only that They had a sign at the door saying will be back at 1:15 it was 1:30 and no one was there when they did show up seeing me at the door nobody approached me and had me call the same number they weren’t picking up very unprofessional

PrestonBridge is the best apt complex to live in. I have lived here 5 years and would not want to live in another complex.I was concerned moving to an apt after owning the last 40 years but after being here and finding how much easier living at Prestonbridge is then owning with my career schedule of traveling alot why leave?? The awesome manager Brittney is on top of anything you need. Carlos in maintenance handles all issues in both preventive and immediate maintenance quick and is always more than willing to help with anything needed, they make the best team....My original plan was to stay a year and buy, but keep putting it off because living at Prestonbridge is awesome! I'm hoping I won't have to leave!!

I have lived in Preston Bridge for over 10yrs and I can say I have enjoyed every bit of my stay. What I love about this place is that is a small community very clean and peaceful. Management is on point, from the manager to maintenance. I hate that I will live someday, but will definitely recommend this community to anyone looking to live in a decent environment.

Unprofessional showed up because they have a very big sign bold letters and saying open for Tours yet no one was there and when there was was turned down ;poor communication
