1. You're approachable realists and you don't speak in riddles. Great that you spend a lot of time with pen and paper at the start, challenging the customer to be clear in their own minds about what they want 2. The smug, condescending neo-hippy cyber geek culture designed to make me feel inadequate and trapped in the 1970s (which I have to confess I probably am but I don't need to be reminded of it) 3. Four ( I never give top marks and I dare say you'll get even better).
I've been working with the guys at Bright Red for the last 5 years and have always found them to be very helpful and proactive when it comes to my website and business ideas. They offer that personal touch (kettle is always on), and take the time to explain things properly in none technical terms. I find the internet all very confusing, I don't want to worry about all the technical jargon, but realise there is massive potential to sell more products by using it. The guys slow things down for me and take the burden away, they have even helped me with some ad hoc IT issues when I've been stuck in the past.
