My previous opticians had recently closed down and I was needing an eye test. On the recommendation of my neighbour I decided to try here. I will definitely be using them in the future and both my wife and daughter have now booked in. The eye test was the best that I have had and the help in selecting my glasses was first rate. I have just collected my specs and the varifocals are such an improvement on my last ones, I’ve now ordered some half priced sunglasses. Happy that I found this place!

Big Bucks

Made an appointment based on high reviews. Had an appointment for 1.50 and arrived early. Still waiting for appointment at 14.20 spoke to reception, no apology for delay and no forecast for appointment. Receptionist shocked that I then wouldn’t continue to wait and I walked out. I will find another optician that has customer care in their vocabulary.
