Norman and his team have done several jobs for us. We keep asking them back in view of the great, reliable and friendly service they have provided each time. They have repaired our garage, re-roofed our house and re-sealed our chimney stack. They communicate with us well, turn up as promised and have tried their best to provide us with a good service. We would not hesitate to ask them to do further work for us. The workmen are pleasant and provided a covid-safe service. Grateful for their help and workmanship.

This is the second time I've used BCNW. The first occasion was for substantial repairs required to a terraced house following a less than favourable survey, such as underpinning the property on 2 sides; roofing repairs including replacing the ridge, rafters and purlins; and rebuilding the top 15 courses of brickwork. The work was undertaken promptly and professionally to my complete satisfaction, with the place left clean and tidy at the end. BCNW was therefore the first choice to carry out all the building work on my next house and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Reasonably priced, honest, reliable, courteous and professional.

Very poor service. Their rep bragged about being involved in damp prevention for 30 years and knowing everything there is to know. He didn't. The unit didn't cure the condensation and stopped working after about 18 months. Phoned several times and was promised a call back on every occasion to arrange visits to fix the equipment. Never got a call back. Just plain bad manners. Now have a useless unit taking up space in the loft.
