We recently visited here, we were only 3rd in the queue but by the time we got to the kiosk i had lost the will to live. The food was excellent but the coffee had the texture of dish water but didn't taste that good. I asked if the loo was open but they said no, even though they were open and serving inside.

For all the computerisation & technology that simplifies the ordering process - why do they employ people whose technical interface with the system is non-existent?? I can't remember ever getting exactly what I ordered. I'd use them more, if they were capable of taking a simple order.....

I like Burger King in general, better fast food option than some other in my opinion. Just been the the Bamber Bridge branch and am pretty disappointed with my meal though. Freezing cold chips, clearly a lot had been pre made and left out. But the worst part of this trip has been that I went for one of the seasonal Mac and Cheese bites. Was asked if I would like 4 or 6, choose 6, only got 4. I paid for 6, so I think a basic ability to count seems to be missing from those in the prep areas, also the fact I have been charged for a product I didnt get. Also, they were cold too... maybe will go there again but not likely after this (this isn't the first time that branch has messed up mine or friends orders, but it goes too much to not put this review up).

Food was OK. Price was extortion. Cost me nearly 20 for two small meals. Now I remember why I haven't been to Burger King in 12 years.
