Cafe Nero is by far my favourite cafe shop although I am not a coffee person really. Their hot chocolate with wiped cream is my favourite hot chocolate ever. Let alone the beautiful cakes they serve. When it rains (as usual),I love to go to Cafe Nero, have my hot chocolate and chocolate/carrot cake, sit, relax and watch people walking by. They have nice tables on the ground floor inside and outside and it is quite spacious. The reason why I am not giving this one a 4/5 stars is that on the first floor, I was expecting to sit up there and enjoy the view of the street, but the windows are quite high and you have to stand up to see the street. But overall, my experience is mostly good there.

The best coffee shop in Preston! I always found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful - you know it's a good sign when you can walk in without saying a word and the already know what you want. The seats are comfy, the drinks are good and the panoramic window on the ground floor is absolutely the best place in Preston to just zone out and watch the world go by. Does feel a bit like a greenhouse in summer, but that never stopped me sitting there!
Lovely staff, my hungry 12 year old daughter went in today while I was shopping, without realising they were cash only. They put her food on the grill so it would be easy when she came back with me which was really nice of them. Coffee was great as well!
Great place to sit, work and enjoy delicious coffee and tasty cakes. They are quite busy so not all the free tables are always super clean.
