Absolutely superb service from start to finish, we have collected our new caravan and to say we are pleased would be an under statement! Daniel Campbell and his team are excellent, always on hand to help, Not pushy and there for the customer! The collection was just as great as the service, All help needed was provided instantly, The boring bit of dealing with paperwork was made very pleasant! I will be returning to Campbell’s for all my equipment going forward! Love my new Caravan thanks! See you soon!

I would not recommend dealing with these people. We have been miss sold after sales care, told one things which apparently are not right. Still waiting for a technician to call as oven not working properly. Just one of many issues. Waiting since March for freezer shelf. Customer after sales care is atrocious. Do not deal with these people

Bought a caravan 19th September and disgusted by the state it was picked up in. On the day we put a deposit it was mentioned about a radiator which was rusty which we was assured it would be sorted. 2 week later called to see if we could collect any earlier and mentioned the radiator again to be told there was no mention on the notes ref this! Then on hand over it was still not resolved with other bits missing such as led lights inside not working something else inside on back order and another light on the outside with bulbs missing. We have spent several hours since arriving home cleaning it as found food splats still in the microwave, dirty inside, roof full of green algi after waiting 5 weeks to collect. Still awaiting a response as not happy at all with true service wish I had read reviews beefier as wouldn’t have done a 4 hour round trip buying from here. Wonder if I will receive my bits I’m waiting for without chasing and chasing several times ! Not acceptable when spending so much on a caravan you expect it immaculate no matter on the age!

Purchased a brand new caravan from Campbells, back in February, prior to Lockdown. Finally took delivery of it at the end of July. If I'd read some of these reviews prior to ordering, I have to admit that I'd have had second thoughts about doing so. I'm so glad I didn't! We received first class service at every stage. The whole process has gone as smooth as could be expected. We were able to keep in touch through emails and the power of Facebook messages and received responses promptly. We were given a date and time to pick up and it was ready for us when they said. Our experience has been faultless and we would have no hesitation to recommend them
