Little girl wanted her ears pierced so I brought her here and they was fantastic with her. I asked for them both to be done at the same time which they did and she didn't cry she was so brave. Both members of staff was lovely. Would definitely recommend

Wanted some extensions on a weft, was struggling to match my hair so the polite man offered to do me a mix of 2 colours. I have just opened the pack, 2 parts brown 3 parts blonde. The guy could blatantly see that I needed more brown than blonde he was brushing my hair to match it! Fuming and wont be going there again, gotta pay 55 for more brown from another supplier. Store is extorcinately priced at 90 for a pack of hair that has in alot less than the other brands - need 2 packs for a full head. 1 star for polite staff........as the owner has mentioned below I did not have enough time to question the ratio of the packs, he put 2 packs together and then went to the counter to split them, amounts where not equal and hair very fine
