Late review, had carpets fitted in every room last year and still good quality. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend carpet emporium, have already recommended to friends. Professional service throughout and made me feel at ease in the shop.

Don't think twice. This is the go to place for Carpets. Service is excellent and their prices are the best. I just want to say a big shout out to Nouman, he's very helpful and gives great advice.
AVOID THIS PLACE. I wouldn't even rate them one star but unfortunately there isn't an option to give zero star. A few weeks after my carpet was fitted, I noticed that it was fraying and threads were coming out. The carpet had already started to fray and this was meant to be a good quality carpet. I contacted Ibrahim a few times, sent him photos as he had requested and even went in to the shop. Ibrahim made excuses - claimed due to covid that no one from the manufactures can come out but this went on for months. I had purchased the carpet from Carpet Emporium not from the manufactures and expected them to sort it out but it was clear he wasn't interested. When we first went in to the shop to buy the carpet, Ibrahim put on all the charm and was being really nice and helpful. He called me 'sister' and said your carpet has got 15 year warranty. He assured me if anything happens to the carpet we will replace ect, you don’t need to worry. When I have tried to resolve this, he is avoiding my calls and just fobbing us off all the time. He is not interested in helping to sort the issue with the carpet. Now he has the money he doesn’t care. I paid over 600 for my living room carpet and it’s disappointing that it has frayed so soon after fitting. It has upset me that the carpet has gone like this and the way we have been treated. Ibrahim has been extremely unhelpful and was dismissive during our last conversation. Please don't get caught up with his charm as he is nothing but a con man. I would urge anyone who is thinking of buying from him to think twice. Unfortunately due to the lack of response from Ibrahim and not wishing to replace the carpet or give me a refund, I am due to pursue court proceedings. I am sharing my experience as I don't want this to happen to others.

I ordered three different carpets and laminate flooring from Carpet Emporium. Shop owner and the staff were very kind, helpful and proffesional. They were also very patient as I took my time to decide on the colours and styles. The fitting is very good and still looks great. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
