Customer service so-so in store. Girl that served me was efficient if a little uninterested. But they do not answer the phone, called multiple times on different days and always on hold for about 5 minutes before an automated message asks you to call back and hangs up!

Had a very bad experience with staff and service seems to be very bad. Will never go back there.
Went into the Fishergate store 11.12.18. two sales persons in store, discussing the fact that one of them had purchased a pair of footwear which were pinching her feet. The colleague, suggesting trying shoes stretchers or selling them.....all this I was able to glean while waiting for assistance....eventually the conversation ceased. I explained the issue with my iPhone (when using the keyboard not able to type some letters, there was a line from the top to the bottom of the screen).....checking my details on the system I was informed my extended warranty had expired.....nothing could be done....the phone could not be repaired. It was suggested I contact my insurance company, if I have insurance, find out if the phone could be replaced. Other options would be to purachase a new phone.....quoted 399 I left the store, 10 minute walk enroute to my vehicle I walked into a phone repair shop.....explained the issue...it was suggested I leave the phone and collect half an hour later.....screen replaced phone working..... total cost 30
Waiting over a month for a warranty repair. No contact from shop. Been in twice, now lost phone in between 2 depots. Always used Middlebrook Bolton shop who are great. Won't go to Fishergate again if I ever get phone back.
I would be hard pressed to find a more useless shop staff in all of Lancashire!
Bought a brand new phone from here. When opened the box at home and put the sim card in. The screen was damaged from inside but not from out. Quickly took it back the next minute they refused to take it back and said I damaged it when i didnt. WASTED 100 . ALWAYS CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY AND USE THEIR PHONES INFRONT OF THEM BEFORE TAKING THEM TO HOME. THESE LOT SELL DODGY PHONES
