I have used this store for years and yes the staff change from time to time. That's life and as for saying the manager is arrogant is wrong, people have good and bad days. I go there for one thing not to chat about life. In my experience the staff seem knowledgeable and courteous. I have never had an issue and if I have the staff were helpful and accomodating.

The service at Cash In A Dash has become pretty awful since the younger gentlemen stopped working on the counter. The manager operating the counter lately is reasonably arrogant. He also reports false errors on devices that work flawlessly but is happy to advertise half broken items. I will no longer be coming here.
The staff are knowledgable and passionate about what they do, and are always willing to help. They always have a good selection of stock in-store and you can haggle with them so end up picking up some great deals!
We brought our very first sat nav from here. It was a Garmin and it served us well for a long time. Good value for money staff very helpfull
Shocking service, laptop was rubbish and would not refund me i strongly suggest you do NOT use this place and avoid at all costs DISGUSTING
