THE OTHER BAD REVIEW WAS SPOT ON. ONLY WISH I HAD LISTENED I Only wish I could give 0 stars. A month ago, I purchased a sprite musketeer from choice caravans. I drove 600 miles round trip to get it because it was the layout I was looking for and it all seemed ok and as it came with 3 months Warranty, I was told if anything needed replacing, that the parts would be sent to me. On getting it home, and looking around more, it was not valeted as it stated. The caravan was filthy. I found sanitary products in the bathroom, the carpets were black and there was a water stain on the cushion. It took a week just to clean it. I was angry about it at the time but thought never mind, it was only dirt. I took it away and then found the oven didn't work properly. It would light, but not stay lit at all. I called John at Choice caravans, but I keep getting fobbed off. I have left voicemails, but no response. I have since had to fix the blinds myself by buying parts off the internet and I will end up having to get someone else to fix the oven. I am extremely annoyed and would not have bought if I didn't think I had some warranty, even if it meant driving 600 miles to get things fixed. Everything that Choice caravans say on the website is lies. NO WARRANTY AND NO VALET AT ALL. All I can say is take your money elsewhere. DONT BUY FROM CHOICE CARAVANS.
Well dont know how to give john from choice a good review we have bought a caravan i month ago with 3 month guarantee, we have got a issue we the gas cooker rang him 3 times ,said he would get back to me and didn't ,i have left 2 voice messages no repley .so his garantee is not worth the paper it is written on ,not very good so be where all very nice on the phone when it comes to a repair no chance ,
Fantastic experience with John. No pressure sale and fixed any minor issues that we raised following the collection. Will continue to deal with John in the future.
